Based on reputation review scores and resident surveys, this list is recognized within the multifamily industry as a leading indicator of which companies are consistently achieving the highest levels of resident satisfaction in their communities. Pantzer ended 2025 with an epIQ score of 97.33, the highest in the nation.

PHILADELPHIA, PA | March 13, 2025 – Pantzer has been named one of the  2025 NAA Top Employers by the National Apartment Association. This prestigious award recognizes member organizations that foster environments of collaboration, innovation and hard work. 

NAA’s Top Employers Awards pay tribute to management companies and suppliers from across the rental housing industry that have exceeded expectations in creating a culture that emphasizes growth and contribution. The awards are divided into four categories, one for suppliers and three for management companies. The management company categories are designated for small businesses of up to 100 employees, medium businesses with 101-500 employees and large businesses with more than 500 employees. Pantzer was one of the top ten winners in the medium business category.

Multiple Pantzer Communities were recognized with top honors at the recent Property Management Association (PMA) Annual Awards Ceremony held on November 29th in Tysons Corner, VA. Celebrating excellence in multifamily management, the PMA Awards recognize industry professionals for their outstanding achievements. Especially notable is the awarding of the association’s PACE Awards which go to select communities and is considered one of the industry's highest honors.

The company’s PA property teams were recently recognized with several top honors at the Annual Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s Keystone Awards held on October 4th in Philadelphia. J. Turner Research recently announced the list of the top multifamily properties in conjunction with the 2022 ORA® Power Ranking. Based on reputation scores for over 132,000 properties across the country, eight Pantzer communities were recognized as part of the Elite 1%. Considered to be an industry benchmark, the annual ORA® Power Ranking is based on an analyzation of online reputation scores across various review platforms. Properties qualifying as part of the Elite 1% must meet a minimum ORA® Score of 94 reflecting an exceptionally high level of overall resident satisfaction.
